Returns & Refunds – The Keera Store
At The Keera Store, we strive to make your shopping experience smooth and satisfying. All sales are considered final. We only accept returns or cancellations in cases where a product is received incorrectly or arrives damaged.
Any request for a return or exchange must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order. To ensure hygiene and safety, returned items must be unused, unwashed, and sent back with all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
If a product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours. You may be asked to provide a photograph of the issue via email at info@thekeerastore.com or contact us through WhatsApp or phone for guidance.
Please note that we do not offer pick-up services. Customers are responsible for sending the item back in case of an exchange. Returned items should be shipped within 48 hours of initiating the request. Shipping charges up to ₹100 will be reimbursed in cases of damage or incorrect delivery. We recommend using reliable courier services such as DTDC or Professional Couriers for safe transit. Avoid premium services like FedEx or Blue Dart for returns, as these costs will not be covered.
Sale items and Nose Pins are non-refundable and cannot be returned, except in cases of incorrect delivery, damage, or loss. Minor issues such as slight bending of earring stems or loose push-back rubbers are considered normal and are not treated as defects.
We aim for complete transparency. Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as “I didn’t like it,” “the quality isn’t as expected,” or “it didn’t suit me.” Customers who are particular about their selection are encouraged to contact us via WhatsApp before placing an order—we can provide additional images or videos to help you decide.
Product photos are taken in natural daylight using a smartphone camera. While we strive for accuracy, minor color variations (5–10%) may occur due to screen settings or lighting conditions. Returns or exchanges for color differences will not be accepted.
Custom-made or pre-booked items are non-cancellable and non-refundable, except in cases of defects or delivery damage. Any issues will be resolved through replacement only.
As a small business, our policies differ from large marketplaces like Amazon or Myntra. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Please also report any pricing discrepancies (e.g., ₹0.00 or unusually high prices) before placing an order, as these are likely human errors.
